It is to help you dump what`s on your mind without the emotions of feeling guilty or a failure or having to fix things there and there and to literally stop stress from rising any further.
Now I know you may have a very wonderful partner or friend or colleague, even one of your children and you know there is always someone to talk to and the support is there but let`s face it- it is not always convenient or agenda-free and at times can even turn out to be one-sided or judgemental. With me you get to be truly listened to, heard, and understood without any fixing or feeling guilty– even friends and partners can tire of you constantly going on about the same things especially if you don’t feel you can really move forward or let it go, whatever it is. It is literally dumping the bits of your brain that are wearing you down emotionally and mentally, all without being in some role or title in your life.
It is transformative and clearing.
I have created a space for you to help you do this – just like I wanted for myself every now and again. It`s time to dump what`s in your head that is unhelpful or stuck so that you can clear your mind to have clarity – that which in your head that goes round and round, gathering pace and speed that ends up giving you headaches and feeling tired and locked away.
Then you can do with a quiet space, to be listened to, without the need to respond or fix things so that you can feel light and responsive again and focus on what is important in aspects of your life and relationships.
Many times, throughout life, I have had the weight of the world and its people on my small shoulders and equally many times through trial and error, I shared those challenges with close friends and family, only to regret it because they just did not get it. They wanted me to be ok, and so quickly moved to solutions, quick interventions to stop me from feeling further stress or the feeling of drowning in my thoughts.
With such unsatisfactory outcomes and short-lived outcomes albeit good interventions on both parties, I found a way, this way to help me move forward with clarity and less stress.
It was one of the best things I did and still do, and I feel so strongly that I want to offer this way to anyone wanting to do that even if they have no relationship with me yet. The bonus is that we will do a little sabotage work here too because, in my experience, they are connected to a degree. It is an ad-hoc service that suits you and is purposely kept accessible for you whenever you need it.
